BIGMONEYPTC AND RICHPTC

Ok, here we go again. During the Summer when I was home recuperating from back surgery, with no income coming in, I was totally desperate to try to find ways to make money from home. Looks like I stumbled across, and fell prey, yet again to the typical scams that are out there on the internet. Bigmoneyptc and richptc. I was doubtful when I found the companies due to the fact that they pay you $1.00 per click to view advertisements for 30 seconds. I decided to give it a try and signed up for a 30 day membership. Their payout threshold is $1,000.00. I did a little research about the companies, of course after I signed up, and of course they were on all of the scam lists. I also found that apparently some people did get paid while others did not. Looks like I will be falling in the category of not being paid. I requested my payout on November 6, 2009. The companies stated that it would take 60 days to receive payment. I was somewhat hopeful that bigmoneyptc was legit when I received a message from them indicating that they would be closed for the holidays and that his might affect processing your payment. I also received a message from them indicating that they felt it was fair that members should visit their site, view their ads at least one time per week. I have wrote so many messages to them that I have lost count, and have never heard a response from either company, not even a computer generated response. Of course, I am still being a fool in that I continue to go there once a week to view the stupid ads, and look at my “pending withdrawal” amounts, just in case, because I am sure then I would get a response from them that I am forfeiting my money because of not viewing their ads. So BEWARE don’t waste your time or your money. If you are going to give it a try, I would recommend staying a free member. Perhaps that is when they will actually pay, so that can then entice you to spnd the big bucks to be a member. The only positive thing I have to say about these companies, is if you are looking for really cheap advertising, than go for it. They do have a ton of members, who could become potential customers. I guess the good ole’ saying of if it’s to good to be true, it probably is holds true yet again.

Seeing as I continue to get scammed every time I seem to turn around, I have decided to try another method for making some extra money. I am trying my hand at doing some affiliate marketing. I am shocked to learn how many companies are out there that you can do affiliate marketing for, everything from Target and Kolhs, Amazon, Toys R Us, Nike, Design Toscano, jewelry stores and about about 10 thousand others. So I am trying to create websites. So far, I have completed two. They still need some work as they are a bit mediocre at this point, but unfortunately, I don’t know a whole lot about designing websites yet, and I just don’t have the funds to have them professionally done. But, hopefully with time, I will be able to create better and better ones. I have about 37 domain names, so I am hoping to have about 30 stores when I am all done. So I just wanted to share the two that I have up and running. I am still trying to figure out the whole driving traffic to your website process, so hopefully with time, these sites will eventually become successful and put some extra money in my pocket! The two sites are:
www.coolpinkgifts.com and www.fascinatingproducts.com
so pass the word around! I need all the help I can get!

I just wanted to share some information that I have found from some other sites from people that have been victimized by this fraudulent company. I have now filed a complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crimes Unit. you can go to their site and fill out a complaint against them. Perhaps if they get enough complaints they will find the time to act. I also thought it was rather interesting that while I was searching for some free website templates, I found their template at www.freewebtemplates.com So they didn’t even pay any money to create their website, other than of course, buying a domain name and pay for a hosting account. Anyways, someone suggested that if you completed your work and are owed money, you could claim it on your taxes. Granted you would be required to pay taxes on it, but in theory then, you should get a lot of that money back seeing as it would end up being a right off. Of course, you should check with an accountant to be safe, before you take this road. I work for attorneys and have for many, many years, and I would believe it would fall under the same category of having a client that does not pay their bill and you eventually right it off at tax time, so in theory it would be deemed a loss to the company. Seeing as if you did work for a company, you are deemed an independent contractor. If that business doesn’t pay you for the work you completed, this would be a loss to you. So just a thought for those who have been scammed.
Additionally, you can also try to get your payment back by going through your bank. The company that took your payment was plimus. So, if you have your receipt, your bank may refund your money to you. Or, again, this could be deemed as a business expense.
Just wanted to share the latest information I have found. The site I found this great information at, is ivetriedthat.com.
Hope everyone is doing great!

I wanted to share my story regarding this company. While I was home recuperating from back surgery, with no income coming in, I found myself desperate to try to find a way to make money on the internet. I cashed in what little of my 401-k I had in order to help make ends meet. In my search, I found a site called www.fromhomedataentry. They claimed to be scam free and even had a scam free seal that I had not yet seen before. Plus. they seemed to focus on the family. I did just a small amount of research regarding the company and didn’t find anything positive or negative about them. (I didn’t know that they were brand new, so that is why I couldn’t find any information about them). So I decided to give it a try. The concept behind their company is that basically you get assignments wherein you review websites and then fill out a form as to your thoughts and opinions, etc. Of course, I opted for the premium package that cost $59.95 which gave you 400 assignments. Each assignment paid $10.00. I was so excited. After I signed up, I then learned that you could not request payment until the batch of assignments were completed. My first batch was 300 assignments! So I worked diligently and reviewed the 300 assignments and completed the forms. It took me forever. Some of the websites took me more than an hour to complete because they were filled with so many typographical errors. Anyways, once I finally completed the assignments, I submitted them for payment. The company indicated that payment would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which later turned into 6-8 weeks. During the waiting time frame I decided to do some more research and read many stories of people who were scammed by the company. Every person indicated that after completing the assignments and the alloted time frame for payment expired that they received a letter stating that the assignments were completed incorrectly and that the companies (whose sites you reviewed) were refusing to pay. I then decided to look them up through the Better Business Bureau and was shocked to learn that they had an F rating, but what was more concerning was the fact that it also said that if you have given the company money you should contact your local authorities. I immediately submitted an email message to the company with my concerns of what I had learned. They responded, but of course not to my immediate concerns. Needless to say, when the time frame had elapsed for payment, I sent an email inquiring as to when I could expect payment, or whether I was going to receive their “infamous” letter stating that I had done the assignments wrong. I received a reply with the “infamous” letter that I had not followed their directions and that furthermore the companies were refusing to pay. I am attaching the banter that transpired back and forth between me and the company. Of course, after my last email to them, I have yet to receive a response. Here is the email. Please note that the top email, is the latest one that I sent.
“I don’t see what the point would actually be, if you feel that my statements of “I do not feel anything needs to be removed or added” is inadequate, despite the fact that it was my honest opinion, you will just pretend to take the time to check it out, only to submit your computer generated letter stating once again that they just didn’t measure up. I feel that the assignments I completed were ALL done correctly. Furthermore, how could you pay me for the assignments that lets say were in fact completed correctly, if you already told me that the companies refused to pay? That in itself is a complete contradiction of your previous statements. So did the companies actually pay, and you just pocketed the money? Is that the other half of how you do business? Perhaps if you have some spare time, you should look around the internet and see what the bloggers are saying. This appears to be your way of doing business. I also found your company is listed on every website that tries to protect people from scammers. I am ashamed of myself that I didn’t look more closely at the obvious signs before I reached for my pocketbook and forked over money to you, and even worse, money that I didn’t really have. The signs I failed to miss, here we go! You registered your company on June 26th, yet google cache of the picture on your website of the guy holding the check is July 1st. How is that even possible? Doesn’t it take time to complete the assignments and 4 to 6 weeks to receive your paycheck? Hmmm seems kind of fishy, don’t you think?Additionally you have testimonials from people from before your company was even started. It also appears that you are the same company as Real Data Entry that apparently went out of business due to the fact that it was a scam. Also, when testing the links on your site, if you go to the upgrade page you can see the Terms Of Service link. The only place on this site that you
can find a link to it I might add. When you click on it, what happens? That’s right it states “This site could not be found.” A further detail I failed to miss is that your company used a free form generator. Why would a data entry site be using a free form generator for their jobs? The form generator entries are sent to the email address of whomever created that form from that generator. God knows who you are sending this info to. And through email? Shouldn’t your jobs be saved on the site instead of being sent through a email system? Also the address to the form did not have any special address or characters at the end of the link. Which leads me to think this form is used for every job. Also, in looking up your information in the whois directory, you put in a fake address. It completely saddens me when I hear the stories of the people who also paid you money, wasted their precious time, and received the “infamous letter” that of course the rules were not followed and that the companies are refusing to pay. It appears as of this list just keeps getting bigger and bigger. The other thought that occurred to me is that when signing up with your company no information was requested with regards to the necessary information for completing a W9 form. Any company who pays you over $600.00 is required by law to complete these forms to each and every individual who receives payment. As your payment threshold is $1,000.00 this would mean that you would have to complete a tax form for every person who signs up with you! Even though I have yet to hear of a story wherein someone actually received payment, I sure hope that you are abiding by the IRS Rules and completing your W9 forms, or if in fact you have been pocketing the money from the wonderful clickbank websites that we were so lucky to review that you are being honest with the IRS about your earnings. Perhaps they too should be put on notice.
Tell me how does it feel inside yourself knowing the real truth of what you are? Do you feel proud of what you have accomplished? Do you not have a conscience? Does it not bother you that you take time and money from REAL people and REAL families? How would you feel if this happened to you or a loved one? I suppose you probably just don’t care much so long as you have the fancy car and nice house. I am sure you are probably one of those narcissistic types who actually gets pleasure and laughs at all the people you have duped into believing in you. I hope you understand that greed and money only satiates the appetite for so long. Money comes and goes in a blink of an eye and when it is gone you are left with just yourself. When the day comes that you are laying on your deathbed I hope the thought that continuously flickers through your mind is of the many people you have hurt and the fact that you lived your life as a liar, a cheat and a criminal. I am a firm believer in God and in karma. I will be praying every day that you will be exposed for what you truly are and in the end you will get what you deserve, so that no more innocent people with be victimized by your company. As for going to whatever “agency or lawyer I want to” well you can be rest assured, I will do whatever I can in my power to expose you and to protect people from your harm. Lucky for me I am a paralegal and work for lawyers, and my uncle is the Sheriff of our county. There are more ways then just contacting the authorities or lawyers to shine light on your supposed company. Truth and knowledge in themselves are quite powerful. I will say it again. I want a refund immediately. You obviously cannot replace the time I wasted and the missed time with my gorgeous 2 year old daughter, but it is within your power to give me my damn money back. My paypal address is xxxxxxxxxxx.com in case you don’t even keep records of the people who sign up with your company. If you are up to it, I would certainly love to hear what you have to say regarding my points and questions. Perhaps this time you can stay on point instead of remitting a two sentence email that never gets to the heart of the matter, as has always seemed to be the case when I previously raised questions to your attention.
Sincerely,
Tammy London

Hello,
We will be more than happy to pay you for any assignments that are in line with all of our terms. If you go through the assignments you sent and find any, just forward them to us and we will send you a payment for them. They just have to be in line with ALL of our terms.
Additionally you can go to whatever agency or lawyer you want to, but unless you are able to find assignments that are according to the terms, there is nothing that anyone will be able to do to help you.
Thank you,

THIS IS A MUST READ!
I can now see clearly that your company is a compete scam. Unfortunately, after I finished the assignments I decided to do some research about your so called company and learned that after a request for payment is made and the alloted 6-8 week time frame expires, the next step that your fraudulent company takes is with this infamous “letter” stating
that the assignments were done incorrectly and that of course the companies in which we offered our honest opinions as to our thoughts about their websites refused to pay. Tina indicated to me that each assignment needed to be sent to each respective company, who then in
turn would remit payment to you, who would then forward the payment onto your “independent contractor.” (By the way I have saved every communication between your company and myself). I find it impossible that out of the 300 assignments that I completed every single assignment was
performed incorrectly and not one of the 300 companies paid! That is the biggest bunch of crap I have ever heard. I am a college educated person and can follow instructions. In the section wherein it asks if anything should be removed from the site, I noticed that in your email to me that you referenced the fact that I had written “I do not feel
that anything needs to be removed.” If a site was well written, OBVIOUSLY the response would be that I didn’t feel anything needed to be removed. When I felt that something needed to be removed or for that matter added to a site I said so. Please tell me how else are you supposed to answer that question if you liked everything about their
site? I answered the questions honestly and was diligent about reviewing these sites. Some websites took me over an hour to review due to the amount of typographical errors that were found. I literally spent hours upon hours doing these assignments. You people should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. How do you even sleep at night knowing that you are stealing money from innocent people
trying to do better for their families? Not only do you rob us of our money, which is typically hard to come by these days, but you also rob us of our faith in people and our dreams of living a better life. You make your money by ruining others. You represent yourself as a company that wants to help “the family.” You state that you are a scam free company with your little scam free seal, which now I have learned
anyone can buy the pathetic scam free seal for $40.00. I am extremely angered and disgusted and I am not about to become another statistic of someone who has yet again been scammed. For your review, I have copied
information from the Better Business Bureau regarding your company. I have attached it to the end of this email. You may want to concern yourself with the fact that not only was your company given an F rating, but they also stated that if you paid money to your company that you should contact the authorities. Just to put you on notice, I
will be contacting the authorities regarding your company. Furthermore, I am a writer and am now working for several companies in which I am able to write what I want. You can be rest assured that your company will be headlining my upcoming articles. Additionally, I own many websites that I will be putting warnings on them to avoid your fraudulent company and I will be blogging like a mad woman. I will do
anything within my power to make sure that your company cannot hurt one more individual. I figure for the insane amount of time that I devoted and wasted on your so called assignments just to be scammed, I will spend that much time and more to expose you for what you are; a lie, a scam, a cheat and a thief. I expect a full refund of my money immediately. If you are a brave enough to challenge me on this matter, I will anxiously be awaiting to hear your response.

Hello,
We have sent all of your assignments to the companies and all of them have refused to pay because you failed to comply with the terms when you completed your assignments. The agreement that we have with these
companies is that they are only required to pay for assignments if they are completely in line with all of the terms.
Please take this time now to read our terms. If you go to our home page you will see the terms link located at the very bottom of the page as well as on the sign up page and the assignments before you login and many other places located on our website.
We are not able to force these companies to pay when the terms are not followed.
Just to be specific about the terms that were not followed were the
following: Terms that were not followed:
4. “You should not repeatedly miss clear
mistakes that are on the websites. On many of your assignments there will be clear mistakes that you will only see if you are reading the entire information. You will see things such as “oyu” or “hte” on these
websites to test if you are actually completing your assignments. You need to find the mistakes, and then list the mistake along with the correction for the mistake. If no correction for the mistake is provided, then it is considered incomplete and you will not be compensated for the assignment. Each of these websites contains an
average of 20 mistakes on them. Although we do not expect you find every single mistakes on these websites we do expect you to find at least the majority of them. If you do not find any mistakes on these site then you will not be compensated for any assignments that you submit.” We do not expect you to catch every single mistake as that is hardly humanly possible, but you failed to find any of them,
even though these websites were full of them. Being that other members were able to find many mistakes for the same websites that you were not able to, these companies will not pay for it.
6. “You are required to use complete sentences
being as descriptive as possible when you are completing your assignments in all of your answers for questions numbers 1, 3 and 4. A complete sentence must include the following: start with a capital letter, finish with proper punctuation, include a subject, and it must
include include a verb. Any fragment sentences will not be accepted. You must also use proper spelling and grammar in your assignments. Abbreviations are not acceptable. You will not be paid for any assignments that are submitted without complete sentences being used.”
This is to be treated as a professional job and if you were to type up any reports for any company your job would not last very long if you could not use complete sentences. You basically answered with one or two word answers, you did not use capital letters to start your sentences and, you failed to use punctuation at the end of sentences.
If you do not know how to use complete sentences you should not be doing this work, because these companies simply will not pay for any assignments that are not completed with complete sentences.
7. “Your answers to questions 3 and 4 may not
in anyway be avoided by answer with “I don’t think anything needs to be removed” or “I don’t think anything needs to be added”. Anything that is similar to these answers will not be accepted. Answers such as this are way of avoiding actually answering the question, and the companies will not pay for it. If you actually do feel that nothing needs to be
changed, then you will be required to explain why or you will not be paid.” Because your answers were not explained we are unable to pay you for your assignments.
Sincerely,
Robert Sanders

I can tell you that I completed these assignments the way they were supposed to be completed. I wanted to share my story in hopes that nobody else falls victim to their fraudulent company. I have found many sites and blogs regarding people who share the exact same story as mine. PTC Investigations is a wonderful site who looks into many work at home sites and gives you truthful and honest information as to what they learned through their investigations. If you are like me, and desire to find a way to work from home, this site is a good one to start out with. Don’t make the same mistakes as I have. Do your research. Unfortunately, as the saying goes if it too good to be true, it probably is. Personally. I am just so tired of these companies that are able to get away with criminal activities. Something needs to be done to stop these fraudulent companies. Anybody have any suggestions?
My first post!
Posted by tlondon1014 in Jan 09, 2010, under Uncategorized
Welcome to Blog.com.
This is my first post! Bear with me as I have never done anything like this before now. I am hoping to have a blog site that literally has a little of this and a little of that, from discussing political issues, my experiences in my attempts to find work at home on the internet (which thus far have ultimately been scams), health issues, more specifically my long and tedious battle with lumbar spine problems, to more lighthearted topics like family, shopping and fun! I, in turn hope to meet new people and hear other insights, experiences and opinions of others. I will be blogging more once I figure out all the ins and outs of this stuff! So have a great day!
